We are looking for an experienced, creative and innovative Marketing and Communications (Marcom) Manager to join our team. As a Marcom leader, you will be responsible for developing messaging and creating content for campaigns and initiatives such as new product introductions, branding and integrated campaigns across various platforms. You will lead the analyst relationships and coordinate company’s tradeshow, conference and various industry event participation. In this position you will be working closely with the Product and Strategic Marketing, Sales and IT teams as well as outside stakeholders such as analysts, tradeshow/conference coordinators, and consultants. You will also help administer the corporate website and technical publications.


  • Develop messaging and create content for campaigns and initiatives such as new product introductions, branding, demand generation and integrated campaigns

  • Execute plans through tradeshows, relevant events, launch/promotion activities, public/analyst relations, digital marketing, social media and website

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product/Strategic Marketing teams and Senior Management to develop impactful go-to-market (GTM) plans, promotional strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement

  • Develop and execute Analyst relations (AR) strategies and tactics to increase industry analysts’ knowledge and understanding of company strategy, direction, products, and competition

  • Working closely with the Executive team, create, coordinate and deliver materials, briefings and demos to industries’ most influential analysts and educate/inform/influence on company’s competitive position

  • Collaborate with China team to leverage local content, fine-tune or adapt as needed, and identify additional content needs for the region

  • Develop and execute social media, digital marketing and PR strategies and tactics to drive increased brand awareness and recognition

  • Source, create, and publish timely social media content to inform, educate customer and partners about key product, and activities and PR efforts

  • Manage accounts on various social media platforms with instincts and a sharp feel for the social media landscape

  • Generate, edit, publish, and promote engaging, technical content for multiple social media channels and company website (white papers, application notes, press/partnership releases, videos etc.) to drive engagement and encourage followers to take action

  • Be responsive to breaking industry and competitive landscape news/events and trends which provide company an opportunity to tell our story and relevance

  • Lead, coordinate and proactively identify tradeshow, conference and relevant industry event activities

  • Manage social media advertising, and launch/promotion of digital campaigns, and reporting on results

  • Report on quarterly performance, including trend analyses by channel and content type and make recommendations to improve performance, provide insights to help shape and drive content moving forward

  • Research and engage with various industry influencers to promote company brand name


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations, or related field with exposure to technology

  • 5+ years of technical marketing experience, preferably in marketing communications including hands-on, and demonstrable experience managing social media platforms, executing marketing campaigns, branding and coordinating technical content generation

  • Experience in social media management, brand marketing and paid social media management. In-depth knowledge of social and content marketing trends and emerging platforms, analytics tools, social media advertising, reporting and measurement skills

  • Strong writing skills for social media channels and ability to create assets for the channels including basic video editing, Photoshop, and graphic creation

  • Experienced with technical content generation and/or experience working with a major sensor, semiconductor company in marketing and communications capacity is a plus

  • Effective communications, project management, critical thinking and organization skills

  • Positive attitude, multitasking, attention to detail, customer oriented with good multitasking, follow-up and organizational ability

  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
