ACEINNA, Inc. is developing proprietary, highly advanced MEMS inertial sensor technology, including innovative new MEMS sensor design and new sensor processes. The company is building up a world-class team covering analog ASIC, MEMS design, MEMS processing, and MEMS manufacturing. This deeply innovative team will work together to develop the most exciting and dynamic sensing technology in history.
In this hands-on role you will be focusing on our new and innovative MEMS sensor process development, working with MEMS sensor designers to optimize and improve the processes, and developing the new manufacturing process for high-yield and high-quality sensors. Strong creativity, curiosity, and innovation skills are a must have.
Build up internal MEMS process and production line
Create, manage, and continually innovate detailed MEMS process and product development plans
Coordinate with external vendors to develop, install, and qualify cleanroom
Oversee modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of cleanroom
Coordinate with outside MEMS foundry to integrate internal and external processes
Collaborate with sensor design engineering team for the best manufacturability and performance
Identify and solve process integration problems
Execute to performance metrics and support team through continuous improvement efforts
PhD in MEMS, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field
5+ years of product experience
Expert level of structural simulations
